We’re thrilled to now offer a full range of products through our market stands at Central Market and New Eastern Market in York, PA.

It’s our pleasure to be able to offer our bison meat to local restaurants within our community. We take pride in producing a high quality, healthy and delicious product for our local chef partners. We owe it to them for making our bison available to our community in the most delicious way. We think they’re pretty great, and we know you’ll think so too!
